Eva’s last Temptation -- Translucent Darkness

Vogelfrei -Paradiesgarten, Biennale for Outdoor Sculpture in Gardens, Darmstadt, Castle. Installation: 4x4m bed of flowers, construction fence, signs in 9 different languages, centre sculpture, earth Performance: milk, honey, apples, tea.

The installation is a collaboration with a local gardener. Seasonal flower planting adheres to the shifts in the local climate, emphasizing low maintenance, frequent blossoming, and a diverse spectrum of colors and shapes. The performance incorporates ritualistic, archaic movements and elements. Participants partake in the sharing of honey, milk, and apples. Profound eye contact with each individual, is creating an intimate connection. Eventually, I circulate with a mirror, substituting the direct gaze with a moment of self-reflection as participants peer into their own eyes.

The installations that I build for Museums often include a performance. I love to create sculptures, video and augmented reality, social software features for larger museum productions, festivals, fairs, government buildings and private companies.
