iLAND highlights critical environmental problems. The vibrant island-themed dress displays infrared images depicting the issues and their status, whether they are getting better (restoration) or worse (further decay). The green iLAND section features aerial photographs showcasing transformations from desertification to flooding, and from monoculture to mining. QR codes are available, which, when scanned, direct you to websites focusing on specific concerns related to soil, water, and air. These websites offer tips for everyday actions and showcase successful environmental initiatives. If you press the panic buttons, the corresponding section of the dress illuminates. The red button is next to the fire extinguisher, and the connected lights illuminate the forest fires in Portugal, as well as images of areas that have suffered from fires in the past couple of years. There is a movie that presents slow-motion performances in 21 cities across Europe, Asia, and the USA.

The installations that I build for Museums often include a performance. I love to create sculptures, video and augmented reality, social software features for larger museum productions, festivals, fairs, government buildings and private companies.
